Q. Is the property available? Do you have applicants?
A. If the property is “Active” we do not have an accepted Tenant from the Landlord/Owner. If it is in “Active-Under-Contract” we have an accepted Tenant, but we always welcome back up applicants. It is not uncommon for a Back Up applicant to be the one that ends up leasing the property.
Q. What is the screening process?
A. We review the applicants ability to pay, prior rental history, and obtain references from previous landlords and references. After that, we provide a summary to the Landlord/Owner for review and acceptance of the tenant. Upon acceptance, we notify the applicant.
